  • Our free 5-week course teaches the skills necessary to start a career in the warehousing and logistics industry.

    You'll learn about food safety, receiving and handling inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and more! This program will be conducted for 20 hours a week (4hr/day M-F), for a total of 5 weeks of training. Training takes place at the following location: 2501 SW 32 Terrace, Pembroke Park, FL 33023.

  • Eligibility Requirements:

    • Minimum 18 years of age.
    • Authorized to work in the U.S. or obtaining work authorization.
    • Be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
    • Be able to attend classes Monday - Friday

    Supplemental Eligibility:

    • Reliability and interest in pursuing a career in warehousing and logistics.
    • Experienced financial hardship (unemployment, underemployment, government assistance, etc.) within the last 12 months.
    • Feeding South Florida's Warehouse Training Program is a second-chance program. A criminal background will not automatically result in denied admission, however applicants must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.

    • I understand that Warehouse Training Program will assist each student with job development skills and career guidance. However, the Warehouse Training Program does not guarantee employment.

     

    • I understand that daily attendance is mandatory Monday - Friday for the full class duration.
    • I understand that I must be on time and prepared to stay for the entire duration of the class.
    • I understand that I must be willing to accept instruction from my instructors and complete the tasks that are assigned to me with a positive attitude.
