Feeding South Florida is excited to announce its 3rd Annual “Feed Your Creativity” Art Competition! Elementary, middle, and high school students throughout Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe Counties can participate.

Participating in the art competition allows students to give a voice to more than 200,000 children who go to bed hungry right here in South Florida. They can use their creativity to help others and their art will be included in our Gallery Night in the spring. Plus, the prize for first place is the student’s artwork converted to one of Feeding South Florida's truck wraps – a 36-foot moving billboard that travels throughout South Florida!

In keeping with Feeding South Florida’s belief that food is a bridge to understanding others, this year’s theme is “Food is Community.” Artwork should depict this theme!

Artwork must be submitted by February 28, but there’s no need to wait until artwork is finished to let us know you’re participating. Register today to continue to receive updates and reminders about the art competition!

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Artwork must be two-dimensional. Please make sure the artwork is designed horizontally rather than vertically. Artwork can be no larger than a 1:3 rectangle.
Accepted mediums for the two-dimensional artwork are as follows:
- Paintings: oil, acrylics, watercolor, etc.
- Drawings: colored pencil, pencil, ink, marker, pastels, charcoal (It is recommended that charcoal andpastel drawings be fixed.)
- Mixed Media: use of more than two mediums such as pencil, ink, watercolor, etc.
- Graphic Design: must be two dimensional. We will PRINT this to make available for in-person voting
